President's Week School Break Camps and Activities in New Jersey

A number of northern NJ schools are closed for a long President’s weekend or the full President's Week, but do not fear! Just check out some of these great day camps and activities to keep your kids busy and you sane. Day Camps:

President’s Week Hockey Camp at Ice House, Hackensack
Ice House of NJ is offering a Hockey Camp for children ages six to 12 to develop skills from some of the area’s best coaches. Each day children will get 3 ¾ hours on the ice and learn skating, stick handling, shooting and passing and each day is capped off with scrimmages. President’s Week Skate Camp at Ice House, Hackensack

School’s Out Camp at Saddle River Valley Cultural Center, Upper Saddle River
School is closed, but the Center is OPEN! The Saddle River Valley Cultural Center is offering exciting camps for children ages four through 12 years of age. President’s Week Baseball Camp at Professional Baseball Instruction, Upper Saddle River
This baseball camp will teach your child hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing and more. The camp is available for children ages six through 13 years of age. Full-day camp sessions include a fully-catered lunch. Half-day camp sessions are also available. Pro-rated plans are available if you can’t make the whole week. Spring Break Arts Camp at Monroe Street Movement Space, Hoboken
The arts camp is offered for children ages three through 12 years. An art teacher and two dance/movement teachers will be on staff daily teaching various forms of art and combinations of creative movement, dance, yoga, etc. Activities include singing, songwriting, storytelling, poems, plays, jewelry making and more. Branchburg Sports Complex School’s Out Camp, Branchburg

Drop-Offs:

At Mr. Robert’s, Hoboken
Mr. Robert’s provide parents with a drop-off solution while school is out of session. They offer a full schedule of activities including sports, arts and crafts, Lego building and much more! Children must be potty trained. Remember to call to register in advance, as spots are limited. 201-370-5585

My Gym, Glen Rock
My Gym in Glen Rock is offering a day of fun for President’s Day! Parents may drop their child off for three hours of fun-filled activities like games, relays, gymnastics, puppets, songs, rides, arts and crafts and more. Pizza will be served.
