When your kids are bouncing off the walls, your first instinct is probably to send them outside. But if the weather is too hot, cold, or rainy, hop on over to one of DC's amazing indoor trampoline parks instead. These trampoline parks near DC are great places to burn off energy, have fun, and get those sillies out without breaking any lamps in your family room.

Here are seven fun trampoline parks near DC where kids from toddlers to teens can bounce, jump, and play the day away. These trampoline parks have a combined total of 20 locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Note: To save time when you go, make reservations and sign waivers ahead of time on the trampoline parks' websites. Most of the parks also require jump socks with grips on the bottom that can be purchased on site for a small fee.

Awesome Trampoline Parks Near DC for Indoor Fun

1. Atomic Trampoline Fun Center — Leesburg, VA

This trampoline park has over 40 interconnecting trampolines, a dodgeball court, two Slam Ball courts, and a nearly 1,000-square-foot foam pit for kids (and adults) of all ages. Atomic also offers Toddler Jump on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11am to noon. On Wednesdays, get half off all ticket prices.

2. Sky Zone — Springfield, Manassas, Woodbridge, and Sterling, VA; Gaithersburg, Waldorf, and Bowie, MD

Sky Zone has seven locations in the DC area, with another coming soon to Annapolis, Maryland. Attractions, which vary by location, include wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja warrior courses, warped climbing walls, ultimate dodgeball, foam pits, arcades, and more. Families can also enjoy a toddler zone, trampoline basketball courts, and Wipe Out, a fun game in which the goal is to outmaneuver the rotating beam that will knock you down if you don't think quickly enough.

3. ZavaZone — Sterling VA and Rockville, MD

ZavaZone has so much more to offer than just trampolines. Features at its two DC-area indoor adventure parks include high-ropes and ninja warrior courses, climbing and warped walls, inflatables, giant slides, parkour courses, stunt jump areas, trampoline dodgeball and basketball, and more (offerings vary at the two parks). All parts of the park are included in admission, which can be purchased in hourly increments. 4. Flight Adventure Park — Springfield, VA

Formerly Flight Fit N Fun, Flight Adventure Park reopened in August 2022 following a major renovation. Flight's Kidz Zone is a great place for little ones to jump on their own trampolines and foam pit with no big kids allowed. Flight also offers wall-to-wall trampolines, a laser race, an arcade, dodgeball, basketball, and a battle beam where kids can try to knock each other off the balance beam into a foam pit.

5. Get Air Trampoline Park — Alexandria, VA; Catonsville and Glen Burnie, MD

At Get Air you'll find thousands of square feet of trampolines including vertical trampolines, a dodgeball area, a slam-dunk air-basketball zone, and a foam pit. There's also a kiddie court, ninja activities, and a slackline to balance on. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the entire park is open only to kids under 46 inches from 10am to noon. There's also a time reserved for jumpers with special needs from 8-10am on the first Saturday of every month.

6. Launch Trampoline Park — Herndon, VA and Capitol Heights, MD

Launch has an enormous amount of choices when it comes to flipping, jumping, and defying gravity. One of the most popular attractions at the Maryland location is the ropes course and zip line. There are also trampoline courts, slam-dunk basketball, dodgeball, a giant foam pit, extra-long trampolines for practicing gymnastics, a rock-climbing wall, laser tag, and a ninja course. The Virginia location offers many of the same attractions, plus mini go-karts and virtual reality. There's a special jump time on Friday mornings for kids 5 and under at both locations.

7. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Woodbridge, VA; Laurel and Frederick, MD

Like the other trampoline parks on this list, Urban Air offers more than just trampolines. Its signature Adventure Hub activity combines a ropes course with a tube playground and a zip line-like experience that's safe for kids. At Urban Air you can also bounce off the walls—literally—with its wall-mounted trampolines. Depending on the location, there are also bumper cars, ropes courses, dodgeball, slam-dunk zones, a wipeout game, and a battle beam where players can try to knock their opponent off the beam.

8. Healthy Fun One Adventure Park — Woodbridge, VA

Formerly a ZavaZone location, this adventure park in the Potomac Mills shopping center offers all sorts of fun activities for kids (and grown-ups) of all ages. Test your agility on the high-ropes and ninja warrior courses, tackle the warped wall, bounce in the huge inflatable playground, play a round of trampoline dodgeball or volleyball, and so much more.
