Now that my oldest child is ten (gasp!), I understand that annoying phrase I heard often during those difficult baby/toddler times, "The days are long, but the years are short". Thankfully, filling those short years with quality bonding time will be even easier with our Top 100 not-to-be-missed family activities right here in the Garden State. Yes, we have two fantastic large cities within driving distance, but there's tons of incredible stuff right here in Jersey to make memories that will last forever!

Just 25 miles west of NYC, Morristown is rich in history, culture, and offers lots of fun for families. Where else can you walk alongside a seeing eye dog in training, shop at one of the best chocolate shops in the area, catch a kid friendly theater performance and visit a few places where George Washington actually DID sleep!
