Listen to Sha-Na-Na-style tunes as you share a malt shake or root beer float, and make your own sundaes.  Saturday, August 6. 11am-4pm.  FREE with admission: $12./adults; $10./students; $8./children.  For more information, call 609-586-0616.

Bon Jovi Tribute Concert with Bad Medicine at the Camp Jefferson Amphitheatre
(Lake Hopatcong)

So, your kids cringe when you belt out “Runaway” in the minivan? They pull your white fringe leather jacket and denim mini out of the back of your closet and giggle hysterically?  It is time.  Introduce them to the music of Bon Jovi at a family-friendly tribute band concert this Saturday! “Bad Medicine,” the top Bon Jovi tribute band in the nation, takes the stage and rocks out with full concert lighting and state-of-the-art-sound.  There’s benches, stadium and lawn seating available, if you opt to stop shakin’ it and sit, but no smoking, alcohol or coolers permitted—so it’ll be slightly less rowdy than your pre-family concert days. There’s also a meet and greet after the show, for when your kids “get” the glory of this NJ music legend, and want to become tribute band groupies!  Gates open 1 hour before show time. Saturday, August 6. 8pm.  Tickets: $20./Adult; $15./Senior (+62); $10./child (-15);  FREE for children 9-and-under.  For more information, call 973-663-5590

You’ll be group-humming “Magic” on the way home. Promise.  Saturday, August 6. 1:30pm. Tickets $10. For more information, call 973-498-8336.
