If you already have plans on December 31st, but want to celebrate New Year's Eve with your kiddos, then hop over to the Central Library in Anaheim for this one-day-early party. Kids will create party hats, count down to noon, and toast wtih sparkling apple juice. All the fun takes place in the Central Children's Room.
