Santa Monica celebrates Fire Service Day at Fire Station 1. The community can meet local firefighters and learn about the department through a hands-on learning experience.

Open house activities for families and children include fire engines and trucks available to explore, station tours, important emergency preparedness information, Hands-Only CPR and Stop the Bleed education.
