Families are invited out to spend time in nature hiking at Mercer Botanic Gardens, and to take the Family Hiking Pledge. The hike covers 5 miles of family-friendly trails and staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide maps. 

Know Before You Go:

  • Meet at Mercer’s West Side Arboretum at the Post Oak Pavilion.
  • Receive a bamboo hiking stick, one per person while supplies last.
  • All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
