Put on your Halloween costumes and join a mindful walk through Boston. Formerly the SSCY Annual 5K, the event has transformed into the Family Mindful Walk to allow for staggered times and social distancing.

All ages are welcome to join in on the fun—so walk with your kids or bring a stroller to push them along the route.
